Killington Bike Park is awesome! It has so many killer trails and cool features. With 3 lifts, including the top of the mountain and 46 trails, there is a lot of riding. Killington is just soooo good.  There is flow, tech, some serious gnar and some wicked jump lines. Killington has great opportunity for progression on every type of trail.  There are some frustrating sections of "work road" when you are riding from the top and you can loose a lot of elevation getting to your trail. The lines can get long but move very quickly and a long line is easily fixed by heading over to another lift where you will find no one in line. Even with a huge line the trails never seem to be crowded. Killington continues to invest in new trails and do a great job with trail maintenance.  Killington is a  Bike Park you spend all summer at, year after year and always have an awesome ride.

Killington has some of my favorite trails, Cable Trail, Yo Vinny, Goat Skull, Jump Start, Steel Panter and Foxy Roxy are all tops on my list of all time trails. Goat Skull is a Pro GRT run with sick chunky lines and big features. It is super fun to push yourself faster and faster, testing not only your nerve to ride at your limit but your line choice and willingness to take some serious hits. Cable Trail is an awesome mix of fun flow, fast jumps and cool technical lines. Cable Trail is at the very top of my all time favorites as it just feels so good to blast your way down. Yo Vinny is an evil prick that can be hard as hell to ride clean. There are some sketchy features that you may want to look at before you leap on down, a bad line choice could end poorly. Trails like Step It Up, Coaster, Stinky (blue) and Roller offer advancing skill progression preparing you for more serious features such as those on Blue Magic, Black Magic and the seriously gnared out Low Rider.  Scarecrow has an awesome section of chunk that can be very intimidating until you get your line choice worked out. Steel Panther has some super fast, hold on to your helmet sections that are incredible to just rail down as fast as you dare. Jump Start is one of those perfectly sized jump lines that is not to big but feels huge as air over excellent table tops and launch off of an out of nowhere dirt to dirt drop that will send your stomach into your throat. Side Show Bob is another incredibly ridiculous trail to send down at stupid speeds. I have personally gotten over 40 miles an hour pinning it down this thing. Flow is at its best on this perfectly buffed out, built to feel like your on a Landspeeder of a trail.  Side Show Bob is also a great introduction for the intermediate rider to the Ramshead area. When brakes are applied it is an awesome fun flow trail.

If I had to choose just one Bike Park, it would be Killington and seeing how it is the closest to home for me, I am pretty lucky. Killington is also expensive, the food is Ski Resort $$$ and a day pass over $50 it can seem to sting a little if you didn't pack a lunch. That said I am happy to pay the lift price as I feel its worth every penny and then some.
