Spring 2019

This spring has been plagued by constant rain. Starting in mid April is seems like there has been more days of rain than sun by 4 to 1. Now mid May and we are getting 5 or 6 days of rain a week. It is making for some late trail openings and lots of missed riding days.  However I have gotten two days of Highland in so far, although the first day was one of the muddiest days of riding I have done, it was still a day at Highland. I have gotten a few new areas in, The Fairgrounds in VT, Albert Woodford's State Park in NY and Ringwood in MA. I also returned to Blue Mtn Res, a super fun area, as well as another trip to Beebe Hill where I rode several new trails.  My Season really started off with Bobby and I riding Moab. If you count the rides in Moab in March I have done 29 rides up until today (May 16th). I am planning on another trip to Highland this weekend (weather looks like crap) and Killington opens in another week or so hopefully the weather will improve. My goal is to get at least one week night ride in,  two would be even better; as well as one weekend day at a Bike Park at the very least 3 weekends a month.
