Leatt Sponership

Pretty excited to have been chosen as a Leatt ambassador. It's more than just getting a discount, it is something that I am passionate about.  Having sustained some significant injuries and having friends that have sustained permeant life changing injuries I try to take opportunities to encourage my fellow riders to wear appropriate protection.  If you spent a day in the cancer unit you would probably be less likely to smoke, if you spend a day in the Med room at Killington you will be much more like to pad up.  Learning the lessons the hard way are all too common for us but especially the young guns.  I think in all racing and organized events athletes should be mandated to wear appropriate protections. What those are in my opinion should include neck and back protection, knee and elbow pads and of course a helmet.  Yeah Yeah Yeah we should all be able to make our own decisions about what we wear, agreed. However as athletes that are being looked up to by our youth, setting the proper example is paramount in protecting the fans.  Just some thoughts....

Pine Hills Sooo Good I had to go again!

Had such a good time at Pine Hills I just had to go back. Brough Bobby and Andrew and we had a blast. Andrew was ripping, he hit one of the big jumps on the jump line, 12 feet(ish) gap. Almost ate shit but was able to ride out of it.  It was a perfect day, 50 degrees and sunny.
