Windham Bike Park is a small park that has some seriously good riding. Limited to 5 trails Windham is tiny compared to other parks in the area. Windham is unique in that those 5 trails offer a full day or more of riding. A nice high speed quad gets you up the mountain at a good pace. Windam has an awesome small feel to the place that makes for a really cool vibe. The riding is quality and nicely varied.

Kaaterskill Cruise is the newest addition to the trails and is a long chill flow trail. Its really long, at over 2 miles (pretty sure) it can seem to take for ever or be the perfect way to start or end the day. Batavia Skill is cool mix of tech and flow and is hoot to ride over and over again. Wilderness Roll is a Gravity Logic built jump trail. It has progressively bigger table tops that, as usual, are really well built to give you a bunch of fun airtime without the need for a pilots license. Citizens Down is a sick technical run that has some great features. With the high speed sections that are fun to rail and some good chunk it's another line that is worth blasting down over and over. That just leaves the Windham World Cup DH track. This thing is a monster of serious technical treachery. It is one of the craziest lines I have had the pleasure to scare the crap out of myself on. I cant even being to get back on the bike in certain sections due to the steep gnarly terrain on this thing. So don't stop, don't crash and go as fast as you have the balls to! There are optional lines used for different CAT's during the races and some are much more ridable than others. For me this is one to work. I took 3 laps back to back and crashed every lap and walked sections on every lap. I am hoping to clean it this year and maybe even in good form on the DH rig but either way I will be spending a least a few days at Windham.
