Trip to Kentucky
Drove to Kentucky to hang out with my kid for half a day. I got 2 rides, one in Kentucky and one in Ohio. Both were really fun. It was a lot of driving for the 8 hrs that I spent at Church Hill Downs with the kid. Round trip was around 27 hrs.

Injury Update
Its been almost 2 months since my crash. I got out of the sling after six long weeks. I hate the sling. I have had three rotator cuff surgeries on my right shoulder and have spent way to much time in a sling. I start PT in 10 days and am really hoping this improves my metal state and desire to prepare to get back on the bike. I was getting on the trainer a little but its been on weeks and really don't have any desire. I just want to go play on my bike! I want to feel the joy it brings, the suffering of breathing hard, the triumphant feeling of success and the release that focus brings. I miss my bike. I miss riding with Jennifer, Bobby and Paul. I miss meeting new people to with. I miss my solo rides. I miss the commitment to pushing myself. I miss filming and editing. I miss my bike. I miss my rides.
